The mannequin that was courier sent to me from Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge head office display department. Female size 8 over 6 foot tall, the same style mannequins can be found in Liberty's displays.

Cherry Dolls moodboards for Harvey Nichols

These are my drawings of my doll designs for Harvey Nichols. With swatches of fabric and wool. There are six sets of dolls. Each set is split up into four style from left to right: floral, textured, nature and shiney. There are four men dolls and 20 female dolls.

Jeff Koons

I have been a fan of Jeff Koons work for quite a few years, I see him as a modern day Andy Warhol. I visited the current exhibition at the Serpentine gallery in Hyde Park. It is a wonderful exhibition, which I thought would be more suited to a New York gallery. The work is a mixture of sculpture and paintings, all on a larger than life scale.

Making life size dolls

I have been doing a lot of cutting, 260 pieces, for the bodies arms and legs. Also I have started the eyes of the dolls, using big buttons, in blues, greens, browns and other more unique colours, such as gold.

Craftwerk

I went to Cratwerk, yesterday which had some lovely little stalls. I am thinking of having my own stall at a craft event in London in the Christmas period.
